We’re seeking a full-time Motion Designer Lead to join our vibrant Brand Production Team at Tel Aviv!Wake up for this:

Work from internal briefs to generate and implement ideas and produce effective creatives in line with company objectives and brand guidelines.
Work and inspire Video Editors, Designers, Animators and 3D Artists.
Collaborate with the rest of the Marketing Team to produce high-quality projects.
Create promos, social content, user activities, video ads, animated components and more.
Come up with visual solutions for ad campaigns, social media, and branded content.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of motion designers — providing constructive feedback, guidance, and support on every step of the working process - editing, animation, compositing and AI tools.
Allocate team resources effectively, balancing workloads and priorities.
Ensure timely delivery of motion assets while maintaining creative and technical quality.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a post-production house, advertising agency, or product tech company for at least 3 years.
1+ year of managerial experience, leading teams of motion designers.
Video editing and compositing skills, working with footage and UI elements.
You’re a creative conceptual thinker with a beautiful online portfolio
Expert level in Adobe Creative Suite.
A problem solver with excellent communication skills.
Multitasking with the ability to handle multiple priorities/projects simultaneously and tight deadlines.
You pay close attention to details and aesthetics and you know how to create eye-catching, robust, and interactive designs.
Bonus points if you have editing, illustration, 3D, storyboarding, and/or animation skills!
