- Assisting Outside Sales in the development of regional sales and profit growth
- Assists in the development and successful implementation of Marketing campaigns, such as Email Blasts or other promotional activities in coordination with Marketing and Product Management.
- Qualify prospects and serve existing customers base
- First level of escalation for Customer's technical requests. Works with Product Management Engineers to support customers
- Processes Request for prices, quotes and orders and expedite/update Customers on delivery progress
- Coordinate Sales and Customer services with product managers, Supply Chain & Finance
- Gathers market intelligence related to product, price and competition for review with Product Management, Purchasing and superiors.
- Other duties as assigned
