You'll work alongside a talented team of engineers and play a critical role in designing, building, and launching new capabilities and features that bring significant value to our customers.
You will engage in the creation and automation of complex user workflows using the latest generative AI technologies, significantly streamlining operations and enhancing user experiences.
As a key member of our team, you'll also work with a wide range of systems, processes, and technologies to own and solve technical and product problems, end to end.
You'll be responsible for everything from architecture, development, deployment and testing of complex event driven system, and backend services.
Be a part of critical, core system technical decisions.
You'll be expected to uphold best practices in engineering and design and to continually strive for excellence in all that you do.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in complex Backend systems
Strong background on DBs architecture, SQL, and data/event pipelines.
Familiarity with the full life cycle of software development, from design, implementation to testing and deployment
High standards for code quality and a constructive attitude to help others raise the bar.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in generative AI, and an ability to leverage these tools to automate complex processes and workflows.
Experience development SaaS microservices on a cloud based environment.
Experience with Python
Experience with AWS
Experience with event/streaming platforms such as Kafka.
Experience with Docker and K8s
Prior knowledge in fintech technology space
