We are looking for a Senior Outbound Product Manager for our Application Security Platform Group.As a Senior Product Manager you will help us drive the platform growth and scale as we expand our customer base and launch new products to the market. In addition you will be responsible for building new features based on real market problems and increase the profitability of existing products and features.You will guide a team that is responsible for building the foundations for all current and future Imperva products, and creating a unified open platform that connects the best-of-breed cyber security products.You should be prepared to make decisions with imperfect information, know how to lead without authority, and be comfortable managing chaos, ambiguity, and complexity. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy that includes a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must also enjoy spending time in the market to understand market problems, and finding innovative solutions for the broader market.Communication skills are key to success in this role. You must be prepared to communicate with all areas of the company.You’ll work with Technical Product Managers as an interface in front of the R&D to implement new features and products which would allow you to focus on the strategy and visionResponsibilitiesAct as the "mini CEO" of the AppSec platformEstablish and drive the platform vision and strategyEvangelize the platform’s benefits to potential users, partners, and developers, driving adoption and fostering a vibrant community around the platformWork with different business level stakeholders to gather requirements and clearly articulate the your vision, strategy and roadmapBring in the market requirements and prioritize themOverseeing the platform’s design and development. You must work closely with the technical team to ensure the platform’s architecture supports scalability, modularity, and securityClosely work with the technical team to articulate the product and platform requirements in a way that meets customer needsManage new features lifecycle from concept ideation to end-of-lifeManage and expand the platform ecosystem. work to attract and retain developers and technological partners, facilitating their success on the platformDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the success of the platformKnow why we are winning and losing in the market, and drive changes to our product and processes to create improvementCollaborate with other product managers and product marketing on the creation of positioning for your feature-setWork collaboratively with engineering, and other functional teams.Develop innovative solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions.Requirements5+ years of enterprise products product management experienceExperience driving the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.Experience in leading products in the cyber-security space - advantageExperience in working on B2B SaaS productsExperience and knowledge in modern architecture and cloud technologies.Experience in working with modern Agile methodology (e.g. SAFE)Experience working with and understanding the needs of customers or internal stakeholdersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, to be able to interact at all levels and be effective as part of a broader teamAbility to lead a cross-functional team through influence, and to engage with senior leadershipAbility to manage expectations and handle high-pressure situations with tight deadlinesProven analytical skills decision-making ability based on quantitative and qualitative dataTravel of about 3-4 weeks each yearLegal NoticeImperva is an equal opportunity employer.
