- Quotas: This is a quota-carrying position focused on the BeNeLux region.
- Sales Cycle: Own the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to closing deals.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships with key stakeholders in local markets.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements.
- Customer ROI: Utilize a comprehensive understanding of the monday.com solution to connect offerings to customer ROI.
- Opportunity Generation: outbound pipeline generation.
- Escalation Point: Act as an escalation point of contact for relationship and commercial issues.
- Cross-Functional Support: Develop strategies and coordinate support to help customers maximize the value from the monday.com solution.
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in a SaaS company
- Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions - necessary to close deals efficiently.
- Outbound lead generation - advantage
- High proficiency in English - critical for collaboration with international teams and clients (Dutch is an advantage)
- Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills - ability to establish credibility with executives and decision-makers in local organizations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills- to effectively convey our value proposition.
- Self-starter, energetic, adaptable, inquisitive, and excited to work in a start-up environment- essential traits for thriving in this dynamic market.
