In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams- from finance to senior leadership- to turn data into actionable insights.If you're technically strong, curious, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this might be your next challenge.What You'll Do

Conduct a thorough analysis of our financial figures, pricing, promotions, competitor trends, activities, KPIs, and business units to help make strategic decisions
Define and monitor performance metrics and create dashboards and reports to track performance
Provide insights beyond the numbers to support and execute strategic business decisions
Produce and distribute reports to colleagues in the finance department
Create budget plans and targets for departments and businesses
Communicate key metrics and insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders
Identify, drive, and deliver projects and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and controls
Participate in the company's forecasting process across verticals and units
Develop economic tools and models to support decision-making by company management
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking of competitors' financials, and create and maintain economic databases and financial products

What You Have

3+ years of hands-on experience in a data-heavy, analytical role
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Industrial Engineering, MBA is an advantage
Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses like Athena or BigQuery
Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and modeling Participating in the design and implementation of AI or ML tools within financial processes is an advantage
Strong technical capabilities, high-level Excel, including VB, and familiarity with BI tools
Strong analytical, data mining, and modeling skills
Drive execution, initiate projects, and manage them from start to end
Process-oriented, well-organized, autonomous learner
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent English, both written and spoken

Bonus Points

Business or FinOps experience
Knowledge in NoSQL data stores (Couchbase, Cassandra, Mongo, Elasticsearch, etc)
Experience with Message Bus systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, etc)
