- At least 3 years of experience as a Head of SDR/BDR.
- Highly competitive and results-driven, relentlessly focused on exceeding pipeline and revenue goals.
- Previous experience with enterprise customers, Fortune 1000, and C-Level executives.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing SDR/BDR teams in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience engaging with C-level executives.
- Experience working in or with companies that have mature sales processes (e.g MEDDIC, SPIN)
- Data-driven mindset with experience using Salesforce and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Gong, Clay, Salesloft, Outreach).
