Join us at Qualitest!This is a full-time, on-site position located in Netanya.Responsibilities

Managed engineering teams of over 50 engineers, including responsibility for workforce, financial, and delivery processes
Recruit, train, and manage engineers and Team Leaders
Manage client relations and expectations
Build and maintain relations with decision-makers and key stakeholders
Develop new activities, and business opportunities and expand the group's footprint and responsibility

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a Team Lead/ Officer/ Operation Manager/ Delivery Manager (Can be military experience) - must
Managing operations consisting of at least 20 employees - must
Technical background - must
Understanding or hands-on experience in QA/Testing and engineering service companies - advantage
Excellent client-facing and communication skills, written and verbal communication skills
Experience with personnel recruitment and training processes
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong leadership and change management skills
