- Managed engineering teams of over 50 engineers, including responsibility for workforce, financial, and delivery processes
- Recruit, train, and manage engineers and Team Leaders
- Manage client relations and expectations
- Build and maintain relations with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Develop new activities, and business opportunities and expand the group's footprint and responsibility
- At least 3 years of experience as a Team Lead/ Officer/ Operation Manager/ Delivery Manager (Can be military experience) - must
- Managing operations consisting of at least 20 employees - must
- Technical background - must
- Understanding or hands-on experience in QA/Testing and engineering service companies - advantage
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with personnel recruitment and training processes
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong leadership and change management skills
- Have continuous access to and work with Senior Specialists and Practice Experts
