With thousands of customers, we're scaling fast and raised $18M to reshape the future of fashion content.About the roleWe're looking for a Social Media & Community Lead with a deep passion for fashion and expertise in social, brand-driven marketing. If you're a trend-savvy content creator who lives and breathes fashion, this is your chance to impact how Botika shows up across social media.In this role, you will:

Lead and execute the organic social and brand marketing strategy across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Reddit, as well as other relevant social media platforms.
Develop and produce high-quality video-led content that aligns with Botika's brand and tone, tailored to each platform's best practices.
Stay ahead of platform trends, adapting content to each platform's language and audience.
Utilize AI and cutting-edge tools to maximize content output efficiently.
Work closely with influencers and brand partners to drive engagement.
Analyze content performance, iterate based on data insights, and continuously optimize for impact.
Support broader marketing initiatives, including email marketing, PR and more.

We are looking for someone with:

Proven experience: At least 3+ years in similar social media, content creation, or brand marketing roles. SaaS startups preferred.
Mother-tongue level English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
Deep fashion affinity: You naturally track fashion trends, speak the language of different diverse audiences and are immersed in the industry.
Content production expertise: Ability to independently create, edit, and publish engaging video and visual content at scale, managing the full process from concept to execution.
Social platform mastery: In-depth understanding of platform differences, trends, and best practices.
Innovative & hands-on: Comfortable using AI tools to scale content creation and always exploring new tech and trends.
Data-driven mindset: You don't just post content - you track its impact, test new ideas, and optimize based on performance.
Experience working with influencers and social-first brand marketing.

Willing to both manage and execute, balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
