The joint mission of SAP and Gigya is to provide consumers with the best possible experience in an increasingly digital world, with the utmost respect for user privacy and protecting personal data.Responsibilities Include· Collaborate closely with development teams to support scalable and highly available production systems.· Design, build, and maintain infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.· Manage core production environments, including regular updates and configuration changes.· Proactively identify and resolve issues in production systems to minimize downtime.· Provide on-call support during off-hours, including nights and weekends, as requiredIdeal candidates will have· Minimum 5 years of experience managing and maintaining Linux and Windows servers in a global, multi-node environment.· Strong experience with open-source technologies such as:· Databases/Messaging: MySQL, Kafka, CouchDB· Service Discovery/Security: Consul, Vault· Web & Caching: HAProxy, Squid, Varnish· Big Data/Search: Hadoop, ElasticSearch· Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Kubernetes clusters.· Experience with both Linux and Windows operating systems in production environments.· Proficient with public cloud platforms such as AWSand Azure.· Experience in infrastructure as code and automation tools: Terraform, Puppet, scripting with Pythonand Bash.· Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix and GrafanaExtra points for· Experience working in SaaS or high-availability internet-based environments.· Passion for technology: curious, self-motivated, and eager to explore and adopt new tools.· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership and drive resolution.· Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.· Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.Bring out your bestSAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
