- Full responsibility for the technical operations of business clients
- Handling complex requests and troubleshooting technical issues
- Ongoing communication with clients - tracking, updating, coordinating, and managing expectations
- Investigating issues and performing system, network, and cloud-related task
- Managing internal interfaces with professional teams (NOC, DevOps, System**)**
- At least 2 years of technical experience in a support center (Tier 1/2) - mandatory
- Proven experience working with business clients - ongoing communication, issue management, and follow-up
- Good understanding of system and network troubleshooting (AD, DNS, Firewall, Networking)
- Experience working with cloud environments - an advantage
- Very high service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
