- Provide support for end users on local and remote sites.
- Work with service desk ticketing system.
- Track and Keep IT assets inventory up-to-date.
- Be responsible for installation, administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of windows/mac and mobile devices.
- Contribute to corporate IT wiki portal
- have good knowledge of Windows 11
- Basic knowledge about Computer Hardware and Maintenance
- Contribute to Documentation, KB, manuals, monitoring
