RealPlay LTD is a fast-growing and innovative startup in the Gaming industry, specializing in managing social gaming for the US market.We are looking for a data-driven and player-focused Game Experience Specialist to join our Strategic Growth & Partnerships team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the game lobby to maximize player engagement, satisfaction, and overall revenue performance.You will work closely with internal teams to ensure the game offering and presentation align with promotional strategies and business objectives. Using performance data, you will identify top-performing games, suggest new additions, and ensure our lobby remains fresh, relevant, and competitive.Job ResponsibilitiesLobby Optimization
Manage and optimize the games displayed in the lobby to enhance user engagement and retention.
Monitor game performance KPIs, making adjustments to game placement, promotions, and categorization to improve NGR (Net Gaming Revenue).
Data-Driven Decisions
Analyze player behavior, game popularity, and revenue trends to identify best-performing titles.
Provide actionable recommendations for game promotions and prioritization based on performance data.
Cross-Team CollaborationSync with internal strategies to align lobby offerings with ongoing campaigns and seasonal events.Work closely with internal teams (product, Game Economy, analytics etc.) to ensure optimal game mix and presentation.Continuous Improvement
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new game releases.
Recommend innovative ways to present and promote games to maximize player interest and lifetime value.
Job Requirements
2+ years of experience in casino operations, game management, or similar role within online gaming.
Strong analytical skills with experience using performance metrics and KPIs.
Proven ability to optimize product offerings for increased engagement and revenue.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with online casino games, player behavior, and industry trends.
