- Develop and execute CRM strategies aligned with company and brand objectives.
- Define and oversee customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization initiatives.
- Drive innovation in automation and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Provide vision, leadership, and mentorship to the CRM team.
- Lead and manage a CRM team including campaign managers and specialist, automation expert and a project manager.
- Assign responsibilities, set priorities, and ensure smooth delivery of all CRM projects.
- Coach, develop, and evaluate team members to foster growth and performance.
- Build a collaborative, results-driven, and creative work environment.
- Ensure CRM communications are aligned with the brand’s voice, tone, and identity.
- Collaborate with brand, marketing, and sales teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Develop creative, customer-focused messaging that strengthens engagement and loyalty.
- Leverage customer data and BI insights to drive decision-making and personalization.
- Define, track, and optimize KPIs for campaign performance, engagement, and retention.
- Implement A/B testing and continuous optimization to maximize results.
- Supervise planning and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, social).
- Ensure effective use of automation platforms for scalable, personalized communication.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and BI teams to align CRM with overall business goals.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and smooth integration across systems.
- Act as the key CRM representative in company-wide strategic discussions.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in CRM/email marketing.
- Proven experience managing and leading a team.
- Strong knowledge of CRM and automation platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, SendGrid, or similar).
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to lead strategy while remaining hands-on with execution when needed.
- Experience with multilingual campaigns – an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Fluency in English – required.
