- Experience working in a SaaS company or startup environment
- Proven success in managing teams toward measurable pipeline and revenue goals
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen - ability to connect day-to-day work with long-term vision
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with CRM and sales ennoblement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot)
- Highly organised and motivated, with the ability to lead through personal example, influence and inspire teams
- Experience working with global or remote teams
- Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or enterprise sales motion
- Background in selling to mid-market or enterprise clients
