- Lead and manage business application projects from concept to implementation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
- Leverage AI technologies to enhance business processes and foster innovation.
- Act as a trusted partner to Finance, Sales, Legal, CS, and IT to map, analyze, and optimize complex business processes.
- Assist in defining KPIs, maintaining data, generating reports, and supporting the forecasting process.
- End to end project management include scoping, timeline and risk management
- Serve as an Application System Administrator, overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and documentation of various information systems, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- 4+ years of experience in project management and financial systems implementation in medium to large companies.
- Proven track record of managing global financial process implementations.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP is a significant advantage.
- SQL knowledge is a big advantage.
- Experience with integration tools (such as Workato/Make) is a big advantage.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in business processes is a significant advantage.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
