We're looking for a Planning Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end planning processes across Check Point's global operations.This is a key role for someone who combines strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and a passion for operational excellence in a dynamic environment.What you'll do:

Lead demand, supply, inventory, and production planning
Manage and mentor a team of planners in a hybrid setup
Collaborate with Sales, Product, QA, NPI, R&D, and Finance
Coordinate with subcontractors and distribution centers
Drive process improvement, forecast accuracy, and risk mitigation

What we're looking for:

6+ years of experience in supply chain/production planning
At least 2 years in a managerial role (hybrid/remote team leadership)
Background in electronics or high-tech manufacturing - a strong plus
Strong Excel and planning systems skills (SAP, Jira - advantage)
Sharp analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
Full proficiency in English
