• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management - required
• One year of experience in a similar role - required
• Specialization in Information Systems - an advantage
• Process-oriented thinking, analytical skills, monitoring and control capabilities
• Technological orientation and fast learning ability
• High service orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in training and system implementation - an advantage
