We encourage you to apply!Role overviewAs a Product Designer at Salt Security, you will be a key player in our mission to provide intuitive solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will have the opportunity to own and drive the design process for a specific domain of our product. This role requires a keen understanding of user-centered design principles, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to contribute creative solutions to complex problems.Your creativity and expertise will play a crucial role in defining the next generation of cybersecurity solutions.Responsibilities

Define personas, Conduct concepts, wireframes, and prototypes, and find creative ways to solve user experience problems.
Work closely with Product Management, R&D, and Customer Success teams to craft and enhance the user experience of our products.
Take ownership of different product domains, and lead the design process from concept to implementation.
Identify and explore opportunities for new product improvements, ensuring our offerings stay ahead of industry trends.
Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to inform and inspire design decisions.

Requirements

3+ years of Proven experience as a Product designer/ UX researcher in a B2B/ SaaS company.
Creative problem-solving skills to address challenges and contribute to innovative design solutions.
Proficiency in design and prototyping using Figma, knowledge of HTML/ CSS; and JavaScript is a plus.
Work with a team with a super positive attitude that can do anything.
Broad understanding of usability and user experience principles.
Fast learner, adaptive, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
High level of written and spoken English.
