GigaSpaces is looking for Product UX Expert to shape the user experience of our AI powered data and admin operations on our platform.As an ideal candidate, you have at least 5 years experience in the field with proven experience designing complex data platform products. Your ability to analyse and simplify complex workflows is second to none, and design consistency with profound rationale is your second nature.About us: For over two decades, GigaSpaces has mastered the art of real-time data. As pioneers in data-tech, we are on a mission to revolutionize access to structured data using natural language and are building a SaaS platform for business owners that provides real-time answers to ad-hoc business questions based on organisations structured databases.The position is Hybrid, reporting to GigaSpaces' VP Product, located in Herzliya Pituach.Responsibilities:

Identify personas and design user flows for the various product flows.
Validate your concepts via research and feedback, including market research, interviews, user testing and data-driven methods
Build a comprehensive design system ensuring consistency and reusability
Design an interface which is both responsive and accessible.
Provide detailed wireframes and specifications for the various screens and interactions
Coordinate the deliverables of UI design and microcopy writing to provide a consolidated design package for RnD to develop against
Verify the development outcome to validate that the design was correctly implemented

Requirements:

5+ years' industry experience as an effective as UX expert in a B2B SaaS company
Vast experience working with Figma for delivering designs and design systems built on the Atomic Design paradigm - must
Experience working with AI tools such as lovable to support ideation, and expedite tedious tasks
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (BSc. or BE) or psychology / information processing
