Exodigo is the leading underground mapping solution for non-intrusive discovery. We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors.We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025.Job description:Exodigo is looking for a NPI Engineer. Your daily work will include:

Responsible for transitioning products from the development phase to production.
Ownership on the BOM, both building and maintaining.
Collaborate closely with design engineers, manufacturing teams, and suppliers to ensuresmooth product introduction.
Manage engineering change orders (ECO) and update documentation accordingly.
Build and define manufacturing files and instructions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the production process.
Provide valuable feedback to the design engineers on the manufacturing and assemblingprocess. While keeping the BOM as small as possible.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
3-5 Years experience as an NPI engineer.
Proficiency in CAD software, especially SolidWorks, Fusion.
Familiarity with ECO processes and documentation.
Familiarity with PDM and ERP software, especially 3dExperience and NetSuite.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience with oƯice software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
Experience with technical writing.

Additional Skills:

Experience in the electromechanical multi-disciplinary product manufacturing industry is a plus.
Knowledge of other CAD software is advantageous.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with small companies NPI process.
Experience implementing NPI processes.
