We're an early stage, well funded startup, We're on a mission to revolutionize Identity and Access Management (IAM), building the ultimate IAM platform for modern organizations. We're looking for a senior software Engineer to join our core team.As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll join at a foundational stage and help shape the system architecture, scalability, and performance of our core platform. This is more than a typical engineering role, it's a unique opportunity to help build a world-class product alongside a focused, high-caliber team.What You'll Do

Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs
Lead feature development from design through deployment
Solve real-world performance and scaling challenges
Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product designers, and security experts
Help build a culture of engineering excellence, ownership, and continuous learning

What We're Looking For

5+ years of backend development experience
Strong proficiency in Go, Python or similar languages
Experience working in production cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
Familiarity with databases like MongoDB and relational DBs
Knowledge of containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes)
Infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform, Pulumi) - a plus
Background in identity, access management, or cybersecurity- a plus
Experience in early-stage startups or building products from 0 to 1- a plus
Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
Passion for clean code, good architecture, and secure systems
Interest in distributed systems and large-scale backend infrastructure
