- Define and lead the strategic direction of paid search marketing for Entain brands across global markets
- Develop acquisition frameworks and campaign architectures that drive scalable and sustainable growth in highly competitive regions.
- Identify opportunities to innovate in bidding strategies, audience segmentation, measurement, and creative messaging.
- Partner with data, product, and creative teams to align paid search with broader business and brand objectives.
- Translate performance insights into business recommendations and influence cross-functional stakeholders up to senior leadership level.
- Contribute to the development of best practices, mentor junior team members, and help shape the overall performance marketing culture.
- A senior performance marketer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Bing.
- Proven track record of driving growth at scale, ideally managing annual budgets of £10M+ across multiple brands or markets.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills - able to translate data into actionable insights and long-term growth strategies.
- Experienced in modern attribution models, incrementality testing, and marketing tech stacks (e.g., GA4, SA360, GMP, DV360, CM360).
- Adept at cross-functional collaboration with creative, data, product, and commercial teams.
- Comfortable in a high-paced, high-stakes environment where performance and innovation are equally valued.
- A strong communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels, from peers to C-level.
- Experience in the betting, gaming, or similarly regulated B2C industry is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge or passion for sports is a plus.
