NVIDIA is looking for a Project Manager for SPE board design team (system product engineering), responsible for maintaining project management. The PM will coordinate between engineers and managers to improve projects efficiently and delivering, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities. Our product line is focusing on delivering the most optimized Ethernet solutions for industries like Media and Entertainment as well as any other industry that can benefit from our DataStream and TCP/IP acceleration.What you'll be doing:Develop, implement, and maintain project management frameworks, methodologies, tools, and templates.Build detailed TB workplans, break down milestones, and track progress against schedulesMonitor project performance, and report on project status, risks, and issues to senior management.Support resource planning and allocation across projects.Conduct post-project reviews and promote continuous improvement.Manage procurement and logistics of BOM + PCB row material, ensuring supply availability and allocation for Engineering boards.What we need to see:4+ years of proven experience in project management or within a PM function.Bachelor's degree in engineering, Management, or a related field.Excellent program management skills – familiar with project management methodologies and toolsAbility to lead cross functional teams and initiativesGood written and verbal communication skills in EnglishPersonal skills: Team player, independent, responsible, capable of multi-tasking, ability to drive people and tasks, leadership qualities, excellent communication skillsWays to stand out from the crowd:B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Electrical EngineeringHaving experience in HW companyExperience in customer facing roles.NVIDIA is committed to fostering a diverse work environment and proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
