Join our dynamic and forward-thinking team!We are looking for an experienced and motivated Software Tech Lead to join our defence team and manage the automation domainThis is a full-time position in NetanyaYou will be responsible for leading automation projects, developing and implementing automation solutions, and overseeing the automation testing teams.Requirements:

At least 3-4 years of experience in the development automation field, including 1-2 years in a leadership role managing technical teams.
Hands-on experience with leading automation tools and technologies (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins, Git, Terraform, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or other languages relevant to automation.
Ability to analyze and understand business processes, and the capability to plan and implement advanced technological solutions.
Experience working with DevOps and automation tools.
Ability to work under pressure, manage goals, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to mentor and guide employees, fostering a professional and organized environment.
Knowledge and experience with additional tools for network and server automation management.
Experience in CI/CD processes.
Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
