Defining the vision of the product based on the actual requirements and the view of new opportunities that might be derived from it. Creating hypothesis and assumptions based on quality and quantity research providing the best suit of understanding covering the product also from the measurement perspective and KPIs orientation aligned with the company's needs. Managing the product throughout all of it life cycleResponsibilitiesDiscovery and concept creationDiscovery and ideation of the users' needs and painsAbility to translate the spoken pain into a need with a wider range of opportunitiesConducts market and user researches throughout the product's life cycle, both for similar features from the industry and examples for UX solutions of specific feature needsConsolidates all studio domains behind a feature's concept that meets the feature's business requirements and KPIs (task force leader)Writing a PRD (Product Requirements Document) that includes the feature's design the flowHave a full analytical coverage of the feature, in all phasesPlan the product life cycleConducts and plans tests and challenges for the product before productionBreaks down PRD (Product Requirements Document) to detailed R&D requirements and timelinesCreates user stories based on PRD documentPrioritizes the backlog and identifies potential problems (performance or product experience issues)Have user testing for any customer facing componentValidates the definition of done of the feature requirements and acceptance criteriaLead the product executionLeads the execution phase of the product's life cycleHelps the GrM to lead the delivery of the product on time, escalate when needed and communicate with other partiesActs as the contact point for R&D team on all product aspects dailyBuilds specific sprint's scope with R&D teamResponsible for conducting routine grooming meetings with the R&D team (effort estimation and 'micro-planning') and other parties such as data and AITimes and coordinates every domain's relevant output with the product's planned releaseResponsible for the customer-facing documentation of the feature and communication of the features to the customers and usersReceives feedback for new features and prioritizes needed changesManage the guild of the relevant personas that relates to the productProduct Implementation and AdoptionLead use case implementation together with the partnersDeep dive and learn the product details in order to escort the technical requirementsProfessional Requirements - Experience & Competencies+3 years of experience in product management positions - A mustPrevious experience in platform/B2B2C products - AdvantageTechnological orientationBackground in development/Technical field - AdvantageBackground in leading AI projects - AdvantageTechnical Understanding of Basic Software Engineering Concepts - AdvantageKnowledge of working in agile methodologiesProject Management skillsIn-depth understanding of user flow analysis and creationPlays and understands the gaming industry - an advantageSoft Skills
