Stay hands-on with design and development, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

Help shape Company’s engineering culture and processes as we scale post-acquisition.
Drive innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement in both technology and team dynamics.דרישות:7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4+ years in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
Strong technical background in SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), and modern development practices.
Experience working with AI/ML systems, large-scale data pipelines, or LLM-based applications is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in building and scaling production systems, is a significant plus.
Proven ability to balance hands-on coding with guiding and empowering a team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and geographies.
