Head of R&D

• Define and execute the R&D strategy to drive innovation, support business goals and expand the platform;

• Lead and mentor development, QA and DevOps teams, creating a culture of innovation and collaboration.

• Oversee the full software lifecycle with modern practices such as Agile, Scrum and CI/CD, ensuring quality, scalability and on-time delivery.

• Manage budgets, resources and performance reviews while continuously improving processes.

• Align technology with business needs by working closely with product, marketing and operations.

• Represent Anakatech at international conferences and bring new ideas into the company.

• Proven leadership experience in leading R&D and QA teams in Java/React, ideally within gaming or SaaS.

• Hands-on expertise in modern development practices: Agile/Scrum, DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

• Deep understanding of the iGaming sector, or strong motivation to learn it quickly.

• Excellent leadership, communication and projectmanagement skills with the ability to inspire multicultural teams and deliver in a fastpaced, global environment.
