You will play a central role in Phrase's efforts to introduce and successfully implement cutting edge localization solutions into some of the biggest and most varied businesses in the Americas region.What you'll be responsible for:

Being a subject matter expert in translation and localization process optimization and best practices
Understanding and aligning customer technology stack to optimize localization process
Supporting customers during the onboarding process with planning, implementation and training based on their requirements
Supporting Customer Success Managers for complex technical customer queries
Auditing existing customer configurations and making recommendations to optimize their production with the latest platform technologies
Working closely with the product team to make sure that customer requirements are mapped and understood
Tracking existing technology solutions and following the latest trends and developments in the localization industry
Attending trade shows, speaking at conferences, and maintaining a visible presence through social platforms

What you need:

Based in Europe
Have worked in an SA role and have a strong understanding of localization via working for an LSP or Localization team
Experience in SAAS onboarding and platform migrations is preferable
Experience in integration projects involving API and connectors is a plus
Hands-on machine translation and LLM-based product experience is a plus
Software development experience, specifically scripting experience, in Python, C#, JavaScript, Google App Script, Ruby, or PowerShell a bonus.
Technical proficiency in content-related solutions and systems
Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
Ability to drive multiple projects toward completion in parallel
