- Identify, research, and approach potential partners aligned with Smart Gravity's strategic goals
- Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach and negotiation to contract signing and onboarding
- Own the ongoing relationship with current partners, driving retention, upsells, and performance growth
- Monitor and optimize partner performance, resolving issues and unlocking new revenue opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align goals, implement feedback, and improve partner experience
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new verticals and growth opportunities within existing verticals and partnerships
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in business development, partnerships, or marketing (affiliate experience is a strong advantage)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency is mandatory)
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with the ability to build lasting partnerships
- An analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and campaign performance analysis
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple priorities with precision and accountability
- Fast, independent learner with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong work ethic with a high level of commitment, discipline, and personal standards
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related analytical field (exceptional final-year students may be considered)
