Validation Lead

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of system validation
• Design and execute black-box testing strategies covering functional, environmental, and performance.
• Build and automate validation platforms and data infrastructure, including tools for bug reporting and tracking.
• Interface with all disciplines across the company (software, hardware, AI, systems) to align validation plans with engineering and product requirements.
• Define and implement validation roadmaps and reporting frameworks for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lay the groundwork for and potentially lead a growing validation team as scales.
• Support data collection for AI development and ensure high-quality datasets for training and testing.

• B.Sc. in Science, with a Major in Physics, Electronics, Electro-Optics, and Optomechanics
• 5+ years of experience in system-level validation. Preferably of electro-optical or complex *electrical systems* with Software and Data
• Master of Hands-on with both manual and automated validation workflows.
• Strong understanding of hardware/software interfaces and system integration points.
• Demonstrated ability to create validation platforms and automation tools using Python or other scripting languages.
• Experience building bug tracking pipelines and driving cross-team validation feedback loops.
• Familiarity with electro-optical systems, sensor technologies, or embedded hardware/software is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in a team leadership or technical management role is a plus.
• Proactive, execution-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
