A startup company that has developed a software-based solution referred to as a “Network Cloud” designed to help telecom providers increase their network capacity at lower costs and address margin erosion caused by flat-rate pricing models in the fixed-line consumer market.The company operates global offices with 450 employees worldwide, including 250 in Israel across sites in Tel Aviv and Ra'anana. It offers a hybrid work model.The company recently completed a $262M Series C round at a valuation of over $2 billion, bringing total funding to more than $500M.About the Role:

Managing a team of 4 developers
Includes 50% hands-on development
Working with a modern tech stack: React, Cloud technologies, and Microservices architecture

Requirements-

6+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development with strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React
3+ years of experience leading development teams (4+ engineers), including mentoring and technical decision-making
Proven experience with Microfrontend architecture and modern state management (Redux, MobX, etc.)
Expertise in UI performance optimization, DOM rendering, lazy loading, and bundle size reduction
Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright, including CI/CD integration
Familiarity with Storybook or similar tools for component-driven development
Strong understanding of frontend security best practices (XSS, CORS, OAuth, JWT)
Track record of delivering production-grade projects in fast-paced environments
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including QA, Product, and Design
Hands-on mindset with active involvement in code reviews, debugging, and architecture discussions
