- Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Proactively lead joint strategic account planning processes with customers to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Act as the strategic voice of the customer internally, helping shape solutions that align with business needs.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- 4-6 years managing multiple projects in parallel, while paying strict attention to detail and driving results with remote technical delivery teams.
- 4-6 years of end-to-end B2B account management with 5+ clients (inc. sales, contract, reporting, QBRs etc.), but strong candidates with less may be considered.
- CS undergraduate degree or equivalent.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solutions-driven attitude with the ability to anticipate client needs and build lasting relationships.
- Experience in a technology and/or services company is a plus
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML projects, or FinOps concepts is a plus.
