Orchid Security is on a mission to unify identity controls throughout each organization. Orchid's vision is to automate the discovery, assessment, remediation and management of identity security posture across on-premise and cloud applications. All this while lowering the costs, maintaining compliance and reducing risk related to identity and access management.Core missionWe are looking for a Mid-level Product Marketing Manager (PMM) who is also familiar with cutting edge AI design tools that enable quick turn resource delivery. This role reports to the Head of Marketing, while working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and sales team. You will play a critical role in building the demand generation engine from the ground up. The PMM will be responsible for refining, expanding and rolling out the messaging via assets and sellers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a sound understanding of B2B technology marketing as well as basic design tools now available with today's cutting edge technology.What will you do?

Understand and Segment the Market: profile the clusters of like-minded organizations in the market to identify our sweetest spot to focus on, as well as those to avoid for now.
Develop and Communicate the Message: surface challenges and impacts of those challenges, as well as the functions and benefits that our technology can delivery, in the authentic words of the end user.
Create Assets in all Forms: deliver the message to the target audience in the various forms they consume, from written (short and long form) assets to videos to presentations and more.
Publish Assets Using New Tools: Take advantage of established design templates as well as the latest AI-based technology (responsibly) to deliver polished content with lengthy and expensive graphic design cycles.
Track the Business: Measure outcomes, understand the cause of success and failure, adapt and learn in order to achieve measurable target outcomes.

Who are you?

2-5 years experience in technology (ideally product) marketing.
Natural understanding of the value delivered by technology for businesses
Interest in learning or deepening product marketing excellence
Strong written and verbal communication skills, emphasis on telling authentic stories that resonate
Take initiative, ask questions, pressure test your knowledge, and never settle for surface-level understanding
Analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing impact through tools like Salesforce, Marketo, or similar.
Technology-savvy, with an interest in AI image, presentation and other generation tools
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Bonus points for experience in cyber security or at least B2B technology
