Leo AI is building the world's first AI solution for mechanical engineers. We are what Harvey is for lawyers and what Cursor is for developers. We've crossed 50K users, raised a seed round backed by some of the market's OGs, and are ready to take this emerging market by storm.We're hiring an in-house hands-on, experienced marketer as our first Head of Marketing with experience creating and running a successful growth strategy from scratch. In this role, you'll plan and execute the company's growth engines: optimizing a self-serve, product-led motion while designing an SLG one.; crafting value-driven content initiatives; while measuring and reporting results. Shape and drive Leo's positioning and key marketing initiatives like development of the company's website, blogs, events, content and more.
Own the entire funnel, including reporting and analytics to optimize performance at each stage and overall
Position Leo as a thought leader through insightful content, PR, case studies, speaking opportunities, customer success stories and influencer collaborations.
Design and implement automated processes to segment leads based on relevant criteria, route them to appropriate teams, and drive conversions through automated workflows.
Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across paid ad platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.) to attract the most relevant ICPs and personas.
Identify and manage tools, vendors, and freelancers (e.g., writers, designers, SEO experts) as needed to scale faster.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in growth or product marketing, preferably in early-stage B2B SaaS or AI startups
Proven ability to run and optimize paid campaigns, set up analytics dashboards, and implement CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, Segment)
Strong understanding of user psychology, funnel strategy, and A/B testing
Hands-on with no-code tools and able to build independently without waiting for dev support
Experience marketing to technical audiences (engineers, product designers, etc.) is a plus
Strategic thinker with tactical execution skills; you see the big picture and get things done fast
