From real-time bidding engines and predictive lead scoring to campaign automation and anomaly detection, our in-house AI models are central to how we scale campaigns, reduce inefficiencies, and outperform market benchmarks.We've built and continue to evolve a robust internal platform to empower media buyers, analysts, and operators with real-time alerts, smart recommendations, and semi-autonomous optimization tools.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and execute our recruitment strategy. If you're a people person with a sharp eye for talent and a deep understanding of hiring processes, we'd love to meet you!This is a full-time, on-site role. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, interviewing, and recruiting activities in the company.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition (tech company - an advantage)
Develop and execute hiring strategies to meet growth needs, especially across technical (engineering, product, data) and non-technical (operations, finance, sales) roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Hands-on experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
Fluent English (written and spoken)
