- Own the Consumer Business Line P&L, ensuring profitability and alignment with company-wide financial goals.
- Become a focal point and foster collaboration and alignment across heterogenic teams - R&D, data, product, media acquisition, and BI
- Meticulously analyze data to monitor KPIs, financial performance to hit targets and recenter efforts' direction.
- Help create and oversee multiple concurrent tests on monetization, acquisition, and product experiences.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of taking features and initiatives into production.
- Manage internal processes and ensure they drive the business line forward.
- Drive the expansion of resources by recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent to support future growth.
- Work with product, data and media teams to prioritize and ship features, A\B test, monetization and media acquisition strategies.
- Work with the founding team and senior management to grow the vertical and overcome hurdles.
- 5+ years of experience in Ad-tech, B2C, or consumer apps within the online advertising space.
- Proven track record of driving significant MM$ incremental business growth
- Experience managing business epics, P&L, and B2C products
- Strong track record experience in managing direct reports or matrix management
- In-depth B2C product & growth understanding - user flows, A/B testing, and user experience (UX) best practices.
- Strong understanding of B2C mechanics - CAC, LTV forecasting, churn analysis etc..
- Proven expertise in data analysis, data dissection, interpretation, and reporting.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to work closely with engineering and data teams.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, collaboration, and delegation skills.
- Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills. Written and oral.
