You will have the chance to be part of a global company, learn HR processes, and gain valuable experience in the HR field while working with friendly and experienced colleagues in Israel and Switzerland (from remote).If you want to be a part of our growing company that is driven by innovation and is focused on building a future together with our employees, consider applying.Must have a strong background in several areas that enhance confidentiality and integrity.Responsibilities and duties:Administrative support, e.g. updating and maintaining employee database (Workday), contract amendments letters preparations, ensuring all personnel records are maintained accurately (hard & soft copies).Assist employees with using the HR system (workday).Coordination and organization trainings.Support in recruitment activity: tracking applicants CVs in Workday, posting jobs on social networks, and scheduling & coordinating interviews.Support with the training of new hires on their first day.Preparation of annual statistics reports.Assist HR Manager as needed with welfare and benefits administration.Help coordinate company parties and social events together with the support of admin. team.Support with CSR events and communication.RequirementsSocial Sciences / behavior / psychology student in his/her second year from a leading university (Grades average: 85+) – a mustAvailability to a 50% position (2-3 days a week)French – mother tongue level – mandatory requirementGood spoken and written English - mandatory requirementExperience in the field of HR or in a related area – an advantage.Ability to maintain the integrity of the HR function with discretion at all times.Attention to details.Strong computer skills particularly MS Office and OutlookExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPlease include a grades sheet with GPA is required when applying to this job.Success Criteria:Ability to maintain the integrity of the HR function with discretion at all times.An awareness of basic legalities and best practices regarding HR issuesStrong organizational SkillsStrong computer skills particularly MS Office and OutlookExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood spoken and written English and FrenchRelies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the jobAwareness of basic legalities and best practice regarding HR issues
