- Develop new business and acquire clients - work with companies, embassies, institutions, real estate agents, and NGOs.
- Find potential tenants for stays of 1 month or more and build long-term partnerships.
- Manage the entire leasing process - from first inquiry to contract signing.
- Negotiate and secure optimal rental terms for the company.
- Retain and grow client relationships - renewals, repeat deals, and ongoing engagement.
- Collaborate internally - coordinate with operations, accounting, and marketing to keep deals moving.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and opportunities to improve closing rates.
- Proven sales/account management experience in long-term real estate rentals.
- Strong knowledge of the local and business rental market - required.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- High energy, people-oriented, and results-driven.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
