A startup company has developed a cloud-native solution designed to accelerate data processing and AI workloads.Its innovative technology combines dedicated hardware (FPGA/ASIC) with software to deliver significantly enhanced performance and reliability without requiring any changes to existing code or infrastructure.The company recently completed a major funding round, ensuring long-term stability. It currently employs around 20 people.Work can be done from either the Tel Aviv or Haifa (Matam) office, both located near a train line. The company operates in a hybrid work model.About the role

Own RTL development end to end from spec (yes, real PDFs) to block diagram to System Verilog
Solve micro-architecture challenges with clean, efficient designs
Handle timing constraints and design mitigations
Work closely with hardware and software teams on architecture and delivery

Requirements-

5 years of hands-on RTL design experience
Strong background in micro-architecture and digital logic
Solid understanding of synthesis, timing, and constraints
Clear communicator and team player
