We're hiring a Senior Computer Vision / Video Processing / LLM Engineer for a fast-moving startup working on next-generation AI solutions with real-world impact. This role offers the opportunity to lead and contribute to the development of advanced video-based AI/ML models, combining cutting-edge computer vision, deep learning, and LLM technologies in a highly technical and mission-driven environment.Success in this role means driving key R&D efforts from concept to production, collaborating across teams, and helping shape intelligent systems that bridge video understanding and language modeling.Responsibilities

Lead the development of novel AI/ML solutions combining video processing and LLMs.
Design and implement production-ready algorithms for object detection, action segmentation, 3D reconstruction, and more.
Build hybrid solutions combining classic computer vision methods with LLM/vLLM models.
Explore and solve challenges in multi-modal AI domains involving vision, language, and behavior understanding.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members (engineering, product, and research) to deliver high-impact product capabilities.

QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience:Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in computer vision & video processing:Image preprocessing, feature extractionObject detection & classificationAction segmentation and pose estimationEmotion analysis and 3D reconstructionAt least 5 years of experience with machine learning and deep learning methods.At least 1 year of experience working with or developing custom LLMs.Deep knowledge of modern DL architectures: CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, etc.Proven experience with supervised and unsupervised learning.Strong coding skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Transformers.Familiarity with computer vision tools and libraries such as OpenCV, as well as point cloud and mesh processing.Experience working with cloud-based ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Vertex AI).Experience with Docker/Kubernetes or other containerized environments is a strong plus.A strong academic background is required in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.Personal Qualities:
