- Plan and coordinate the company's presence at industry conferences and private events in partnership with the sales team.
- Own all lead-generation activities, including paid campaigns (PPC, paid social, etc.) and strategic initiatives, and partner with outside agencies that manage paid campaigns.
- Design and manage lead-nurturing campaigns to move prospects through the funnel and drive conversion.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign and channel performance, using insights to optimize strategy and spend across channels.
- Develop and manage the content strategy, including blog, case studies, email campaigns, and gated assets to support SEO, thought leadership, and lead generation.
- Own company branding across internal and external touchpoints, including website, sales materials, and social channels.
- Own and grow the company's presence on LinkedIn to support brand visibility, employer branding, and demand generation.
- Manage PR efforts, including bylined content, media outreach, and press release development.
- Oversee the company website-ensure the look and content are aligned with brand strategy, add/update blogs, and keep content fresh and engaging.
- Partner with the sales team to create and maintain impactful sales enablement materials, including one-pagers and pitch decks.
- Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches, including campaign development, messaging, and cross-functional coordination.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including paid media agencies, graphic designers, web developers, copywriters, and other contractors.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on priorities, feedback, and campaign performance.
- Own marketing automation and CRM tools to execute email campaigns and track lead engagement through the funnel.
- Manage the marketing budget across campaigns, tools, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective execution.
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or tech/SaaS environments
- Proven success running integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media
- Strong writing and editing skills; experience in content marketing or PR is a plus
- Ability to develop and articulate clear, compelling messaging across channels and audiences
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and vendors
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and externally
- Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, and Mailchimp preferred
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) are a plus
- Self-starter with a bias for action and a high level of ownership over results
