- Full payroll management for all company employees, including monthly salary preparation, calculation of hours, vacation, sick leave, overtime, recuperation pay, etc.
- Handling monthly reports to external entities: Income Tax Authority, National Insurance Institute, pension funds, managers’ insurance, provident funds, and advanced study funds.
- Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes – including forms 101, 161, severance pay release forms.
- Managing payslips, deductions, reimbursements, and employee credits.
- Monitoring collective/personal agreements, labor laws, and salary updates.
- Generating payroll reports and providing salary-related data to management.
- Recording and filing supplier and customer invoices; account reconciliations.
- Issuing receipts, tax invoices, credit notes, and preparing monthly reports for VAT, income tax, and National Insurance.
- Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, suppliers, and customers.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly reports for the company’s accountant.
- Assisting in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Certified Payroll Accountant.
- Bookkeeping certification Level 3 or higher – A must (Level 3 preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in a combined payroll and bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in 'Shiklulit' and 'Michpal' payroll softwares.
- Proficiency in 'NetSuite'.
- Strong knowledge of Israeli labor laws and tax regulations.
- Full proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- High level of organization, accuracy, personal responsibility, and ability to work independently.
- Experience Working in the high-tech industry/ a global company.
- Familiarity with Slack, Workday, FloQast, and prior bookkeeping experience, a plus
