Utilizing the latest bells and whistles the tech industry offers, we use advanced machine learning algorithms and mathematical modeling techniques to analyze sports events such as Football, Basketball, Baseball, American Football, and more.Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Kotlin/Python.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers to build a clean, efficient, and reliable backend architecture.

Develop and manage RESTful APIs, databases, and background services.

Integrate internal systems with third-party services and APIs.

Write and maintain comprehensive automated tests to ensure system quality and reliability.

Proactively troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues in production and staging environments.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.

Expertise in Kotlin, Java, or C# with a strong emphasis on performance and optimization techniques.

Proven experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar - mandatory.

Solid hands-on experience with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ - mandatory.

Experience working with Redis for caching and distributed data management.

Familiarity with AWS services like S3 and Athena - a plus.

A proactive, self-driven learner with a passion for clean code and scalable systems.

Strong understanding of software engineering principles, OOP, and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or graduate of an elite IDF technology unit.
