Trustmi is a rising start-up that offers a new approach to B2B payment security. Our product protects the end-to-end business payment process from all threats, internal and external, across the entire payment flow making sure payments go to the right place seamlessly in real-time with the use of AI.As a Backend Team Leader, you will have the autonomy and the authority to lead a team that builds amazing products at Trustmi. You will join a high-cadence, highly technical, and savvy group of doers who are building Trustmi's products and platforms.

Leading a backend development team in an agile environment, 5-7 developers
Proactively build your team, mentoring, recruiting, and onboarding as we grow
Rapidly deliver high-quality, scalable, enterprise-ready SaaS applications
Work closely with the management team to execute product vision & architecture
Create new technologies & Infrastructure from design phase all the way to production
Design the backend technology stack

**Requirements**Technical Skills

2+ years of Experience as a Team Leader
6+ years of Experience in Backend development
4+ years of Experience in Python \ Golang development
Experience working in an agile R&D team
Proven experience building scalable, performance optimal microservices using Python
Experience with at least one Python web framework (such as FastAPI, Flask, Django etc.)
Proficient working with MongoDB, Postgres/MariaDB
Proficient in working with Containers, Kubernetes infrastructure, CI/CD tools
High architecture-level design and understanding of large-scale systems
Able to work independently or as an integral part of a collaborative team
An expert in balancing the trade-offs between technical and product priorities
Experience with Cloud - must, AWS - advantage
Experience working with Elastic Stack - advantage
