- Support on social media advertisers with post-sales assistance and troubleshooting.
- Address advertiser queries through multiple channels, including chat, email, and outbound
- Identify trends and resolve technical issues to improve advertisers' experience.
- Provide guidance on social media tools and features to optimize ad campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve flagged issues effectively.
- Native or fluent in Hebrew (oral and written).
- Upper-intermediate level of English (B2).
- Strong analytical and customer service skills.
- Experience with digital marketing tools or social media advertising platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
