- Maintain and manage the AI chatbot instructional conversations
- Optimize autoflows and prompts to improve resolution rates and user experience
- Manage and monitor AI agent behaviors and logic
- Monitor and analyze chatbot performance metrics
- Conduct ongoing QA and maintenance
- Collaborate with customer-facing and product teams to align AI behavior with business goals
- Keep up to date with AI and chatbot best practices
- Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation
- 1+ years experience with chatbot tools and AI prompting ( Forethought is a plus)
- Experience working with APIs to retrieve and store data; otherwise, a strong ability to learn and adapt to working with APIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and data-driven
- Comfortable in fast-paced, tech-focused environments
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills
- Proactive, curious, and driven by ownership and improvement
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Familiarity with Zendesk admin features and support ops is a plus
