Finance Operations Manager

• Manage cash flow planning and monitoring.
• Oversee payments to suppliers and service providers.
• Follow up on client payments and third-party collections, including invoicing.
• Maintain daily financial tracking and assist with account reconciliations.
• Generate internal financial reports (cash flow, P&L summaries, budget tracking).
• Collaborate with our accountant and external providers.
• Support internal process optimization and payment/reporting automation.

• Student or graduate in Accounting / Business Administration / Economics - must.
• Strong Excel skills - including PivotTables, formulas, and data handling.
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Service-oriented, responsible, and independent.
• Proficiency in English - written and verbal.

• Previous experience in a similar role - significant advantage.
• Familiarity with the travel & hospitality industry.
• Experience with ERP/finance tools or CRM systems.
