- The Director of Product will lead our product strategy and execution, driving roadmap definition, delivery cadence, and measurable outcomes
- This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll own a product domain while mentoring PMs, ensuring the team's success is measured by execution, adoption, and impact.

- You'll work directly with customers, prospects, and the field to validate problems, win strategic POCs, and ensure our solutions fit enterprise needs.Your responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small team of PMs, providing coaching, feedback, and career development.
- Personally own the core product area end-to-end: strategy, design, delivery, launch, and iteration.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Research to turn complex security challenges into intuitive, high-value features.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Build the operating rhythm for execution: discovery cadence, roadmap, backlog hygiene, milestones, release notes, dashboards, and postmortems.
- Engage directly with customers in validations, POCs, and pilots, helping close high-value deals and strengthen relationships.
- Foster a low-ego, execution-first culture within the product organization.
- 5 to 10 years total experience across product and technical roles. Early career in engineering, security research, DevOps, or platform is a strong plus.
- Proven record shipping enterprise security or cloud products used at scale by technical users.
- Strong product fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, outcome-based roadmaps, data-informed decision-making, and clear written communication.
- Strong communicator with customers and sales, including on-site sessions and executive briefings.
- Bias toward execution and ownership. You value progress over perfection and keep teams moving.
- Comfortable jumping into logs, APIs, and basic SQL to answer questions without waiting on others.
