We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Manager.In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing operation of our games, support operational processes, assist in project coordination and facilitate collaboration among team members.This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the gaming industry and contribute to the success of our games.Responsibilities:

Support optimization of operational processes within game development.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
Ensure quality control and assist in resolving game issues.
Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all the promotions, events and live tests
Responsible for configuring all game features and events
Work with monetization, economy and product teams
Work with QA team to make sure the campaigns configurations are working in the live version

Requirements:

Strong organizational and time management skills
Technical background
High management skills to enable prioritization of workload
High attention to detail
Strong “Can Do” attitude and an even stronger ability to execute
Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment
Availability to work off-hours if needed
